PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DECLARATION BEFORE THE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED

 

I confirm that any vehicle(s) that I bring on site will be covered for at least third party risks during the Event and that Salisbury Cathedral and Pike and Shot Tour & Event Company or their agents can accept NO LIABILITY for any loss, damage or injury howsoever sustained during the event.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FIXED MEDIEVAL GATE TO DRIVE THROUGH FOR ACCESS TO SITE. THE MAXIMUM SIZE VEHICLE IS 12ft HIGH x 8ft wide!

 

I also understand that vehicles will be parked in the adjacent car park and will not be allowed to move onto the public site until indicated by the Pike and Shot Tour & Event Company.

 

I and all members of my party agree to abide by the rules of the Event and site and also obey the instructions of the site security and marshals on duty at the show site. My party and I understand that anyone without a valid Event pass may be asked to leave the site.

 

 I confirm that I hold my own Public Liability Insurance for trading (COPY TO BE RETURNEDWITH BOOKING-IN FORM)

 

I am bringing my own tent or booth and/or tables from which to trade.

 

 

The cost of a historical trade pitch for this two-day event is £10 per metre FRONTAGE (inclusive of Tent Guy lines) + VAT (payable in advance) Please send a cheque made out to ‘Pike And Shot Tour & Event Company’ for the correct fee. Please enclose an SAE for VAT receipt if required.
