We offer a number of management options to private and publicly owned historic houses, castles, attractions, and other heritage industry clients.
Many of our events come as a result of personal recommendation by our past and current clients, which include English Heritage, National Trust, and the Tank Museum.

We can provide many different types of Event, from a simple "Show and Tell" from a Historical character, to a Multiperiod extravaganza. We can also offer a seminar and lecture package, or a guided tour as part of your requirements, or as a stand-alone event. We can also help by arranging displays and interpreters for schools and museums, as well as costumed talks for clubs, societies and special interest groups.

Planning and co-ordinating individual events

We strongly believe in the benefit of team building with all of our participants and clients. By using our skills and vast knowledge of the Re-enactment community, and our extensive database built up over the last 10 years, we can ensure that your Event becomes the best quality product available.

Health and Safety - in todays market it is sometimes daunting to host activities that may include live gun firing demonstrations, sword fighting, and even Jousting Tournaments. With us you get a full Risk Assesment for all the activities you require, and adequate public liability insurance for your peace of mind. We have a number of specialist staff who we use for many of our more dangerous activities, and offer complete packages that meet all current legal and H & S standards. Even if you do not need us to organise everything, you can always ask for help in specific areas if you need it. For example, we can check out your site presentation, advise on safety or if appropriate historical accuracy. We have qualified Historical Weapons advisers available, and are members of the Muzzle Loaders Association of Great Britain.

Supply of event equipment

As contracted Event Managers, we can supply a considerable amount of equipment, including coordinating facilities hire and provide equipment suitable for all locations (including archaeologically sensitive sites) and additional temporary structures, signboards and signs. We have a number of accounts with National Hire Companies, and can, if required, source any additional equipment that you may need.

In essence, our Historical Event Management can cover ALL your requirements, from single Interpreters for Lectures or Educational Events, to large Multiperiod and Festival shows.
